Stamp:  Shoot for the Moon
Ink:  India Ink
Memories Mist: 
Moon Punch
Star Punch
Yellow rickrack
Silver Fiber
White Card stock
White card base
Glue Dots
Helmar Acid Free Adhesive





Direction
1)  Punch out Moon and lay on top of white card stock.  The Punched Moon Piece will act as a mask when you spray with your mists.  Stray all of card stock with Memories Mists "Blue Martine" and "Eau Del Pansy".
Remove Moon - the two different colors of Memories Mist gave the card a lot of dimension.  I also allow some of the white card stock to show also.   
2)  Stamp "Shoot for the Moon" using India Ink in center of card - see sample for placement.
3)  Spray White cardstock with Mango Lemonade Memories Mists and punch out 4 mini stars.  Lay silver fiber between two of the stars.  do the same for the other end of the Silver Fiber.  Tie Silver fiber with star on the ends to Yellow Rickrac and adhere to cardbase with Glue Dots or Helmar Acid Free Adhesive...
