Blog hop - Pumpkin Pick'n Tree

I am so excited you join use on this Blog Hop.  I am happy with my project and I am excited to share it with you.  I hope it help you think out of the box and try something new.  I hope you check out the Design Team call for Creative Paperclay® while you were on that blog, you could be part of the next hop, how excited would that be???

I made a Pumpkin Pick'n Tree - complete from scratch, I had a blast.

Wire Form
I made a hand made wire form of a tree, then I covered the wire with Foil.
Add Foil then Creative Paperclay®

After my I completely covered my wire form with Foil, I started to add my Creative Paperclay®
I then flatten section of Creative Paperclay® into a bark texture stamp and added this to my tree.  Give my tree a look of bark (I did not cover the whole tree, I want this tree to look very old)
I then started to paint my tree with Acrylic Paints and added some REAL moss from my tree outside.

My Molds of Pumpkins.

I made some orange Resin by mixing Yellow and Red Dye from Allumlite (the people who make Amazing Mold Putty and Amazing Casting Resins) into my Casting Resin and pour into the molds, but I did add my string for my ornaments to hang from before the Resin set up.
When my Pumpkin Ornaments were set up (about 10 minute) I added some rub and buff and hung them from the tree.

Festive friday

It's Festive Friday time again, I am so excited to show off this card, the Deer stamps in the background are my new stamp line from Queen Kat Stamps.  I think this is a very sweet image of Santa talking with his deer before the big night.

Festive Fridays

Our little group make Christmas Cards all year long, so we don't have to rush each year and get them done in a weekend or less...  and I know you understand....

Snow Parchamore

This is a technique I have not done in a while, you use Parchment paper (very thick vellum)  and pierce hole and draw line to make your design.  Here I did Snow Flakes.  After I finished the   snow flake designs I add some Rub-On's from The Robin Nest, both the word "snow and the children" are rub-on's from the Robin Nest Scrapbooking Company.

Snowflake Dream..

Here is the rest of the Hop - we hope we inspire you to
start making some Christmas Cards too..
