Christmas ornament blog Hop with The Robin Nest

I am so excited and Honored to be apart of this blog hop, hope you like my ornament
If you found this first - please start at the Chattering Robin's Blog

How can you NOT love Dew Drops - so many color and shapes to play with.
First off I Painted my Smoothfoam snowflake with

The Best part about using Terri Srpoul's Mixer's and 3-D Crystal Lacquer is that Crystal Lacquer
act as an adhesive.  so I just had to place the Dew Drops on the wet Paint and they will stick

I added a wire loop at the top to hang my ornament from - use the Crystal Lacquer here too to make sure it will stay.

I did all the side of the snowflake too.
Thanks for stopping by
make sure you leave me a comment so you will be enter to win a prize

Thanks

Robin Nest Blog Hop

So excite, I love a Blog HOP.  So, Are you having fun so far???  Here is my Creative.
I started with a PaperMache  Face,  I ripped For Time and All Eternity Paper Into small pieces and adhere them onto the face using Mod Podge Sparkle.    Then I cute the Flowers and quote from "Love Me Glitter" and Adhere them also using Mod Podge.

I hand Drew in the Face and added Dew Drops to the center of all my flowers.  These flowers are hand cut from the Papers - Great tip, use your page as embellishment to save money.

I fill the eye with 3-D Crystal lacquer from Sakura to give a realist look   Love that idea..

Here is a hanger I made using Glass Slides, ephemera, wire and UTEE, I made this on a show that I do on Tuesday Nights here is the Replay, Hope you join me on Tuesday Live, we have fun and have prizes and coupons.  Here is the REPLAY - CLICK HERE

Festive Fridays

Our little group make Christmas Cards all year long, so we don't have to rush each year and get them done in a weekend or less...  and I know you understand....

Snow Parchamore

This is a technique I have not done in a while, you use Parchment paper (very thick vellum)  and pierce hole and draw line to make your design.  Here I did Snow Flakes.  After I finished the   snow flake designs I add some Rub-On's from The Robin Nest, both the word "snow and the children" are rub-on's from the Robin Nest Scrapbooking Company.

Snowflake Dream..

Here is the rest of the Hop - we hope we inspire you to
start making some Christmas Cards too..

Good Man

Love this Man and Scrapbook Page
Good Man

Love the Dew Drop around this circle....

Supply List
Papers:  We are Daughters
Travel Stickers

I just love how this page turn out.  All of the paper is from Robin Nest Religious Paper
Line - but I just love the look of the paper so I cover up any of the words that were
Religious on the paper to make this amazing paper.  So remember that you don't have to use
papers for what they are made for.  Enjoy and think out of the box..

Hope you liked...
