I never promised you

I just love to make Art Journal Pages, and this one remind me of a song...

Supplies:
Ecstasy Crafts Inc. - Rose Die Cut Sheet 
Sincity Stamps:  Crackle background stamp
Black Pen -
White Pen
Paints:  Plaid

After I painted my background, I stamps the Crackle background stamps using Staz-on Dark Blue randomly  on the page. 

 These wonderful 3D Die-cut Decoupage Sheets 

made my page come alive.  look at the dimension I got on this page.  those roses look like they are jumping off the page.

Art Journal with Pam Bray

I was so excited to introduce a new line of stamps at Sincity Stamps from Pam Bray.  These are hand drawn stamps with a Fall theme.  I found these stamps perfect for doing Art Journal's they are nice and large.

Butterfly in the Rain

Butterfly in the Rain

Supplies:

Niji Splash Inks - magenta, yellow and blue

Stencil - I used a Butterfly image

Golden Paints:  Molding Paste

Pallet Knife

White Gesso

Canvas - or this can be done on paper

Spray Bottle filled with Water

Direction:

1)  Paint your canvas or paper with White Gesso, set aside to dry.

2)  lay Stencil on canvas and with your Pallet Knife spread a thin coat of Molding Paste over the stencil.  (Like you are adding icing to a cake).  I did two butterfly on my canvas.  Set aside to dry

3)  Wet your canvas with a water using a Spray bottle.  Start adding your Niji Splash Inks - Since these colors will not muddy, you can just have fun.  Remember to let them drip too.    Fill your canvas with color until you are happy.  

Super Easy, Now go have fun
